A charming 28 sqm apartment, ideal for two people, located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (two flights of stairs). The apartment is located in the heart of Marina, an area characterized by a network of narrow pedestrian or traffic-restricted streets, historically inhabited by fishermen and merchants, and today the hub of the city's culinary, tourist, and multicultural life.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom.
We are in ZTL area!
The internal space
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, coat rack, dining table, and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (2 burners), refrigerator, freezer, microwave, mini kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, coat rack, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split air conditioning and heating (only in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the closet), mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Please note that to reach the apartment you must climb two flights of stairs;
- We are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL in Italian).
Guests' access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal (pay EUR 1.50 per person for the first 5 nights). Children up to 12 years old and elderly up to the age of 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
In case of unspecified use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used.

Description of the area
The accommodation is located in the heart of the Marina district, one of Cagliari's liveliest and most distinctive neighborhoods, renowned for its wide selection of restaurants, bars, and services.
Along Via Napoli and the surrounding streets, such as Via Sardegna and Via Cavour, there are numerous typical Sardinian and seafood trattorias, where you can enjoy local specialties such as malloreddus, seafood fregula, culurgiones, and fried fish.
Marina is also the city's most cosmopolitan neighborhood, offering a wide selection of ethnic and international restaurants, including Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, Japanese, and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Cafés, lounge bars, and pubs complete the offering, perfect for breakfast, an aperitif, or an after-dinner drink. Some of the city center's most important sites are just steps away.
Via Roma, less than a two-minute walk away, is the large, monumental avenue overlooking the harbor, characterized by elegant arcades, shops, bars, and the historic Palazzo Civico.
In about five minutes, you can reach Piazza Yenne, the heart of Cagliari's nightlife, always lively day and night.
