The windows frame a wide panorama of the valley, with glimpses of Lake Piediluco among the hills and greenery.
A shared outdoor pool is available from mid-May to late October (opening times may vary depending on weather conditions) and there is a shared barbecue. You have on-site parking.
Only one small pet is allowed. Set in the peaceful Umbrian hills, the property enjoys a privileged position overlooking the valley.
For stays of 2 or 3 days, you can take a boat ride on Lake Piediluco, visit the Marmore Falls just a few kilometers away, go trekking or rafting in Valnerina and on the lake, rent bikes and join guided tours on request, walk the St. Francis trail, and end your day with dinner and a sunset by the water.
The area lets you easily combine nature, sports, villages, and relaxation.
