A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for 4 in the gated Sol Andalusí resort, set up for winter stays: a large glass-enclosed terrace you can use every day of the year, heating and air conditioning, fast WiFi, a full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine.
Weekly and monthly stays get a discount. 24-hour security, a lake with walking paths, tennis and paddle courts and free parking.
Málaga airport 15 min, golf course 10 min, beaches 20-25 min, Málaga centre 30 min. Pools open in summer only. The whole apartment is yours, plus the facilities of the private Sol Andalusí gated community: - 24-hour security at the gate. - Two outdoor swimming pools surrounded by lawns and sun loungers, open in the summer season only and closed the rest of the year (in June: pool 1, by the pool bar, 11:00-21:00 daily; pool 2 from 13 June, 12:00-21:00; July-September hours are posted by the community). The pools have a turnstile and are accessed with the community wristbands; we will tell you where they are at check-in. - Tropical gardens, a lake with walking paths, a children's playground and tennis and paddle courts. - Free parking for one car inside the resort, a short walk from the entrance to the building. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 07:00. Pets: Not allowed.

Both have wardrobes and air conditioning. Bathrooms: two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower, stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer. Kitchen: separate, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker, opening onto the dining area. Living room: sofa, TV and dining table for 4, with direct access to the terrace. Terrace: the star of the apartment, a large glass-enclosed terrace with outdoor sofas and dining table, views over the gardens, and usable in any season. Comfort: air conditioning and heating throughout, high-speed WiFi and everything you need for short or long stays.
