Enjoying by the sea! This centrally located studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) along the seawall offers a beautiful sea view for up to 4 people. The living area has 2 comfortable double sofa beds (including duvets/pillows). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven), a bathroom with shower, free wifi, and digital TV.
From your studio, you can step right into the vibrant life. Stroll along the iconic Belgium Pier for a refreshing sea breeze or visit the historic Paravang. In the mood for entertainment? The casino is just around the corner! For families, the Sea Life Centre is an absolute must-visit. Enjoy the cozy beach bars, shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance of your accommodation.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Het uitzicht op zee
Dat ik snachts uit men bed werd gebeld door andere mensen die in het appartementsgebouw verbleven (2 jonge koppels) ze waren in de discotheek geweest onder de dijk 1 koppel was blijkbaar al binnen en de andere geraakte niet meer binnen

De kamer was gezellig ingericht met alle benodigde faciliteiten zoals vaatwasser en magnetron. De keukenindeling werkte goed om maaltijden te bereiden tijdens ons korte verblijf. De verwarming hield het lekker warm bij koud weer.
