La Chevreuse is a house built in 1870, comprising three storeys and a basement, set in wooded grounds.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of around 5,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200) and an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower)

The house is ideally situated in Planguenoual, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, and it’s just a 10-minute drive to shops, restaurants, bars and the market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
