The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Pénestin, with sea views and direct access to the beach.
It has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 3,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find: - A 35 m² living room with a sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet On the first floor, you will find: - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: two double beds (140×190) and one single bed (90×190) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 60 m² terrace facing the sea, south-east facing and furnished for enjoying sunny days - A beautiful 3,200 m² garden with direct access to the beach via a private staircase - A fitted garage with a water supply, gas cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is ideally situated in Pénestin, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: - Surrounded by the ocean, Pénestin offers sea lovers 25 kilometres of coastline. - The listed site of the Mine d’Or and its golden cliffs, numerous fine sandy beaches, unspoilt coves and the small fishing port of Tréhiguier all provide natural backdrops to delight everyone. - Discover the Guérande salt marshes; the salt pans will hold no more secrets for you. A guide will explain how salt is formed, tell you the history of the salt marshes and describe the work of the salt workers.
You can also explore the medieval town of Guérande. - La Roche-Bernard is a ‘Petite Cité de Caractère’ on the banks of the Vilaine.

Exploring the town means strolling through its narrow streets and being surprised by a monument, a view, an unusual detail or the work of a craftsperson… - Take a trip to La Baule and its largest beach in Europe! Take a stroll, take your time, stop for a crêpe with salted butter caramel or an ice cream by the water’s edge – young and old alike will be charmed by the beauty of this famous seaside resort. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (5 vehicles). There is also a public car park 100 m away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bus: the Lila Presqu’île bus network operates a network of routes connecting the coastal towns, the medieval town of Guérande, and neighbouring towns. - Nearest railway stations: La Baule-Escoublac, approximately 28 km away; Le Pouliguen, approximately 27 km away; Le Croisic, approximately 33 km away. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 90 km away. A car is ideal for making the most of the region.
