The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the garden level (lower level with separate access): – A separate entrance with a dedicated ski room for your equipment – A self-contained flat comprising a cosy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for offering privacy to part of the group – Two double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage space and an en-suite bathroom – A separate toilet located in the hallway On the ground floor (level 0): – A main entrance hall with ample storage space – A warm and welcoming living area comprising a cosy lounge with a television and a magnificent central fireplace – A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a dining room with a table perfectly suited to group meals – A large bay window offering direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool and the large garden – A master suite featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), storage space, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double washbasins and a toilet – A separate toilet On the first floor (level 1): – A hallway leading to the various rooms – An open-plan mezzanine fitted with a 140x190 bed – Two spacious double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), storage space and access to the balcony – A third double bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190), storage space and access to the balcony – A separate, shared bathroom fitted with a bath and twin washbasins – A separate toilet Outdoors: – A large, tree-lined garden of 1,000 m² offering undeniable natural charm with no overlooking neighbours – A heated outdoor swimming pool, available for your summer stays from early June to late September – A large, sunny terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a relaxation area for dining in the sunshine – An outdoor ski cupboard and storage space for firewood – Four private parking spaces on the property, plus two additional spaces in a free car park in the immediate vicinity For your comfort, bed linen is provided, firewood is included and your beds will be made up for your arrival. Nearby activities: The chalet is ideally located for exploring the resort in all seasons: - Skiing and snowboarding: the first ski lifts and ski area are just 5 minutes away by car. - Nature: hiking trails, forest walks and mountain bike circuits are all directly accessible from the chalet. - Local life: the resort's shops, bakeries, mini-markets and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away. Transport : If you choose to come by car, there are four private parking spaces on site and two free public spaces nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Briançon station, about 15 minutes' drive away - Resort shuttle buses: run regularly in the valley to serve the various sectors On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
