This location is ideal for discovering the area's treasures; just 200 meters away, you can access cycle paths leading to ocean beaches where fine sand, golden dunes, and beautiful waves await.
Further afield, must-see attractions such as Lacanau Lake, the tip of Cap Ferret, the Arcachon Basin, and the Médoc wine route offer delightful surprises.
Situated in a quiet residential area, L'Arbousier is a studio apartment adjoining the owners' house, offering complete privacy, and is located in a recently built apartment.
You will have a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The single-story gîte is comfortably furnished for two people.
It consists of a main air-conditioned room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 160x200 cm Murphy bed; a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet completes the accommodation.
You will have a parking space on the property with an electric vehicle charging station available (for a fee). Bed linen, kitchen linen, table linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and air conditioning are included in the price.
A shared washing machine is available in a room adjacent to the cottage.
