We strongly suggest using the link before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before reaching out to us with any questions during your stay, please check the Guest Guidebook first - in most cases, you’ll find the answer there quickly and easily. EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge.
For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area.
Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests.
Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €30/stay for High Chair or €40/stay if you wish to order both together. • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
