A beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house nestled in the heart of Olney, just a 10-minute drive from Milton Keynes.
Relax in the sumptuous beds covered with fresh cotton linen, and stay connected with the fast Wi-Fi throughout. The house also features a private balcony, a separate office, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a cosy living room equipped with a 65’’ Smart TV.
This beautifully designed home offers a perfect retreat, whether you`re visiting for leisure or business.
▪️Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite shower, a 40’’ Smart TV and a king-size bed. There is also access to the balcony from this bedroom.
▪️Bedroom 2 has a dressing table, a built-in wardrobe, a 32’’ Smart TV and a double bed.
▪️There is a further family bathroom in the house with a shower over bath and complimentary toiletries provided. An additional WC is located on the ground floor.
▪️The living room features a large electric fireplace, a 65’’ Smart TV and two three-seater sofas for your comfort.
▪️The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining area has seating for up to 4 guests with a view of the 32’’ Smart TV for your enjoyment
▪️Office room with a desk and chair and access to the balcony.
▪️A washer-dryer, iron and ironing board is available for all your laundry needs.
▪️Relax in the private garden which has a 6-seater dining set. Sun loungers can also be provided upon request.
🛑 Please note we do not accept anyone under the age of 16 staying at the property.
🔑 Guest Access: 24/7 self-check-in via the smart lock system. You will be provided with the keypad code 1 day before arrival.
There are two allocated parking spaces at the rear of the property. There are also ample visitor parking bays available directly in front of the house that is free of charge and unrestricted.

For those who enjoy scenic countryside walks, there are many options nearby including Emberton Country Park, which is approximately a 4-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away.
Walking - many points of interest are within walking distance of the house including Sainsbury`s / Aldi supermarket and Olney High Street which has a wide range of independent shops, restaurants and cafes.
Driving - you have easy access to neighbouring towns and cities including Milton Keynes, Northampton and Bedford which are all just a short drive away. There are two allocated spaces at the rear of the property.
Bus - the nearest bus stop is 4 minutes walk away with services running every 30 minutes that can take you to nearby towns and cities.
Taxi - we recommend using Skyline Taxi or Royal Cabs. Uber also operates in the area.
