Domaine du Roujos is a 7-hectare estate surrounded by nature, featuring 3 fully equipped gîtes around a heated pool.
Located just 4 km from the medieval village of Beaumont de Lomagne in Tarn-et-Garonne, on the border of Gers and 50 km north of Toulouse, it offers a peaceful retreat. The Pastel gîte, once the caretaker’s house, sits next to the main residence but is separated by a workshop, ensuring your privacy.
Pastel is authentically French and well-appointed, with a spacious terrace, wooden garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers—all set amidst nature. On the ground floor (30 m²), you’ll find an open-plan living area and kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a wall-hung toilet.
Upstairs are two large interconnecting bedrooms (25 m² each): the parents’ room has twin beds (160x200 cm), while the children’s room offers two single beds (2 x 90 cm) and a cot. There’s also a color TV, baby and children’s equipment, and a private barbecue. Guests at Pastel share access with the other two gîtes to a washing machine, playground with slide and swing, picnic tables, pétanque court, and the heated pool. Beds are made on arrival.
Bed linen and final cleaning included.
Heated pool open from June 1 to September 30. Towels and beach towels are available for an extra fee.

Silvie en Alain zijn zeer gastvrij, niets is teveel. Ze laten de gasten vrij, en zijn niet opdringerig aanwezig. Ze zijn bereikbaar voor een praatje, advies etc. Een mooie lokatie, groot landgoed waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. Huisjes zijn volledig ingericht, schoon etc. Vooral een lekker zwembad. Prima omgeving om met E-bike te verkennen.

Wij verbleven in het huisje Ocre. Heel fijn, schoon en compleet huis. Heerlijk zwembad. De waterkoker functioneerde niet goed, dit aangegeven en de volgende ochtend kregen we een nieuwe. Fijne service. Veel privacy. Er kwam ook nog een hertje langs. Horren voor de ramen (niet dat er veel insecten zijn maar toch fijn als je de ramen open wilt zetten).

Wat heb ik met mijn vrouw en 2 kinderen ( 2.5 en 4 jaar ) een heerlijk verblijf gehad op landgoed Roujos. Wij hadden gite Occra gehuurd en het eerste wat opviel was de ruimte. Wat groot en leuk ingedeeld. Er is boven een gemeenschappelijk speelruimte voor de kinderen en de bedden slapen heerlijk. E...
