On the ground floor, you will find a first living room, a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area.
An independent WC completes this level. The first floor accommodates the main night space. The master suite has a large dressing room as well as a bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet. A second bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A third bedroom has a bunk bed with a child's seat and a sofa bed for one person and communicates with the dressing room. A laundry room with toilet is also available on this floor. On the last level, another independent room has its equipped kitchenette and a shower room with toilet. We then discover a large panoramic living room overlooking the bay of canes and the islands of Lérins, organized around a bar and its TV large screen, a billiard, a living room and a dining room, with an open sea view and without vis-à-vis. From this space, you can reach directly the back garden where you can find the swimming pool, pool house, sauna, summer kitchen and several spaces equipped for meals or quieter moments outside. The decoration combines the character of this 1930s art deco villa with more contemporary materials and carefully chosen furniture. The villa has a parking space inside the property as well as a second directly opposite.
