Het comfort van het huis
De contacten met de host, er werd niet gereageerd op mails de mails van de host bevatte vooral zaken die niet mochten in het huis, er was geen keukenlinnen in het huis aanwezig en zelfs een eerste toiletrol was niet aanwezig. Er was geen instructie hoe met WIFI te verbinden (als het er al was).
