Nestled between the Estérel hills and the Mediterranean Sea, this home strikes a rare balance: intimate enough for a couple, spacious enough for a small family, and situated just thirty meters from the sea. You can hear the waves from the terrace. The interior features shades of white and lavender, colors that harmonize with the coastal light.

The rooms are bright, and the glass front door frames the view of the water right from the threshold.

The house has been refined every year since 2006, continually improved by an owner who pays close attention to what’s missing elsewhere. The garden and pool face the water directly.

Gaia war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten beim Check-In, die sie innerhalb kürzester Zeit geklärt hat. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Pool war wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht benutzbar, so dass wir den Pool ihres gerade nicht vermieteten Nachbarhauses, der praktischerweise durch e...
