The southern part of the town lies on the Argens river plain at sea level, while the north gradually rises on the foothills of the Esterel mountains, reaching 180 meters at the border with Bagnols-en-Forêt. This charming medieval town is surrounded by pine forests and streams, perfect for long walks among wildflowers.
The umbrella pines provide pleasant shade and give the village its special charm. We offer you the villa 'Thébaïde', set in a beautiful, well-kept area of southern France (Var), near Fréjus-St-Raphaël. This 91 m² ground-floor accommodation has an alarm system connected to a security center, is fully equipped, and features a private, secured saltwater pool.
You have a separate entrance and a fully enclosed private parking area for up to 3 cars.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking rental.
The sea is 5 km away. Adjacent to the villa, the terrace and pool invite you to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool has an audible alarm for your safety, and sun loungers are provided. CHILDREN UNDER 5 AND NON-SWIMMERS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY PARENTS OR AN ADULT. TO RESPECT NEIGHBORS' PEACE, NOISE IS PROHIBITED AFTER 10 PM. In high season, air conditioning is available for an extra charge.
In low season, heating is available for an extra charge.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de Thebaïde.
De woning is rustig gelegen in een woonwijk van Puget sur Argens, nabij Fréjus.
De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden en schoon.
Samen met de mooie ruime woning een heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf aan de Cote d’Azur.

Dit was helemaal perfect! Los van het feit dat Michel en Martine hele aardige en behulpzame verhuurders zijn, is het huis compleet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaren wonen op 9 km, dus volop privacy. Het privé-zwembad wordt perfect onderhouden en het hele huis is erg schoon. Je huurt all...

Prima huis dat alle Heeft wat de site beloofde. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die heel discreet onderhoud zwembad verzorgden. Ideale uitvalbasis voor ontdekken van Azurenkust van Cannes tot Monaco.
