The villa is located on the hill in the quiet local neighbourhood in Siesta, the villa offers amazing views of the sea and the morning sunrise, plus sunsets over the mountains.
Santa Eulalia sandy beach and town with its wonderful restaurants, authentic shops, great bars, supermarkets and activities for kids and adults is located within 2 minute drive from the villa and also accessible within short walk down the hill.
Getting Around:
Our villa in Siesta balances privacy with convenience. Ibiza Airport is twenty five minutes away by car. We recommend renting a vehicle, as we provide street parking. If you prefer not to drive, Santa Eulalia town center is within walking distance, and local taxis are easily accessible for travel to nearby attractions or transit hubs.

The Government of Balearic Islands has enforced a new local tax (Ecotasa) for all persons 16 years old and over staying at hotels, apartments and holiday villas in the Balearic Islands. According to the published laws in the Government Legislation Newsletter, all paid lodgings are required by law to forward the names and photocopy of the passports of all guests to the local Police or Guardia Civil. Guests have to pay an eco tax which is €2,20 per night per adult (+16 years).
In accordance to this, we will require our clients to send photocopies of their passports and to pay eco tax on the arrival.
