Surrounded by olive trees, on a farm, this detached 43 m² house (former stone sheepfold) is located near the owners' house, which includes three other gîtes (55311, 55312, and 55313), and three other independent gîtes (55310, 55320, and 55323). It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen with a 90x190 cm pull-out bed - Bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - Shower room/WC One additional person is welcome at no extra charge, sleeping in the pull-out bed in the living room Access to the gîte is via a 16-step staircase Luggage drop-off is available in front of the bedroom 1 additional person accepted at no extra charge with sleeping in the pull-out bed in the living room Access to the cottage via a 16-step staircase Luggage drop-off possible in front of the room - Private terrace of 25 m² with mountain view - Arbor - Garden furniture - 2 deckchairs - BBQ - Private parking in the property (manual gate) Shared by the 7 gîtes and the owners: - 9 ha of land with fruit trees (seasonal fruit picking possible) - Swimming pool (11.5x5.5 meters depth 1.8 m), open from the beginning of May to the end of October, unheated and secured by a protective barrier.
