The accommodation offers approximately 100 square metres of indoor space, ideal for families, couples, friends and business travellers who wish to stay in a private, welcoming and practical setting.
The large living room overlooking the greenery is the heart of the home: a generous space where you can relax after a day in the city centre, a visit to the Arena, a walk in the hills or a business appointment at the exhibition centre.
The fireplace adds character and atmosphere to the room, while the dining area with a large table and the fully equipped kitchen allow you to enjoy the apartment with all the comfort of a real home.
The sleeping area consists of a main double bedroom and a second connecting bedroom, a solution particularly suitable for families with children, close friends or groups who wish to share their stay while enjoying comfortable and functional spaces.
All rooms overlook the greenery, helping to create a feeling of peace and privacy.
Outdoors
Outside, there is a patio reserved for guests, also useful for those who wish to smoke outdoors.
House & grounds
Villa degli Olivi 01 is located on the ground floor of a villa in Montorio, at the foot of the first Veronese hills.
Location & surroundings
Imagine arriving in Verona and finding a spacious, peaceful apartment surrounded by greenery, away from the noise of the city centre yet conveniently located to reach the Arena, the historic centre, the Verona Exhibition Centre and the main road connections in just a short time.
Montorio is a quiet area of the Municipality of Verona, ideal for those who want to visit the city without giving up the convenience of parking and the peacefulness of a green residential setting.
From here, the historic centre, the Arena, Piazza Bra, Piazza delle Erbe, Ponte Pietra, Castel San Pietro, the Basilica of San Zeno and the Verona Exhibition Centre can be reached by car or public transport.
Nearby you will find traditional restaurants, pizzerias, local venues, walking paths, cycling routes and connections towards Valpantena and the first Veronese hills.
Villa degli Olivi 01 is designed for those looking for a comfortable, refined, spacious and peaceful base from which to experience Verona with greater freedom: the charm of the city within easy reach, combined with the pleasure of returning to a private, green and welcoming environment.
