A spacious detached Mediterranean villa with a private pool, just a 10‑minute walk to the beach, offering bright open‑plan living, a large private gardens, a ground‑floor bedroom with adjacent bathroom, and a secluded sea‑view terrace — perfect for families, couples, and groups seeking a relaxing coastal escape.
The ground floor includes an air‑conditioned living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable double bedroom next to the bathroom.
Please note: there are three large steps at the front entrance.
For flexible sleeping arrangements, the lounge includes a sofa‑bed.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom, giving everyone plenty of space to unwind. Two foldable beds are available and can be added to the upstairs bedrooms when needed — ideal for larger families or mixed‑age groups.
Every room includes air‑conditioning and heating for year‑round comfort, and all windows and doors are fitted with secure metal gates and shutters.
Outside, enjoy your own private pool, sun loungers, and a generous outdoor dining area for long Mediterranean evenings. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool for rinsing off after swimming or the beach. The villa’s large garden set across three levels and offers plenty of space to relax, explore, or find a quiet shaded corner — dogs are warmly welcomed.
