The house has access to a communal swimming pool and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a parking space. The layout of the house includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a double bed. In addition, the loft features a single bunk bed and another double bed. These areas share a second full bathroom with a shower. Outside, the private and fully fenced garden features a barbecue and several relaxation areas, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying pleasant outdoor meals, or relaxing with a good book.
The communal area includes a swimming pool, a children's pool, and a small playground for younger guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining during your stay. The property is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava, ideal for discovering the charming towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit.
The Raül Girona supermarket is less than 6 km away, while a wide selection of restaurants where you can enjoy the excellent local cuisine can be found within 3 km.
