17th-century house just 300 meters from the sea, perfect for a peaceful stay while enjoying the beautiful setting of the Gulf of Morbihan.
WiFi is available. The house features a living room with a fireplace insert, a lounge with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.
There is a round table for 4, extendable to seat 6 or more.
Programmable city gas heating.
Ground floor WC and washing machine. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed; the second with a 140 cm bed, a 90 cm mezzanine bed, and a 90 cm bed in a small separate room.
Bathroom with WC. Enjoy a south-facing, private garden with terrace, retractable awning, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. At 250 m, you can rent canoes and kayaks to explore the Gulf, take ferries to Île d'Arz, or a shuttle to Conleau (sea-water pool, beach) and discover Vannes by bike. Séné offers over 100 km of walking trails and a European-listed nature reserve. Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are not provided and cannot be rented on site.

Le gîte est très agréable, propre et bien équipé.
Très bien situé (avec emplacement de parking) il permet de visiter l'ensemble du golf.
Nous reviendrons une troisième fois, c'est sûr.

Ce gîte est vraiment excellent. Il n'y manque rien.
Le jardin plein sud, sans vis a vis est extrêmement agréable, avec son salon de jardin et ses transats.
Très proche de la mer, du port pour rejoindre Vannes et l'île d'Artz et du sentier côtier.
Nous reviendrons dans problème.

Bien situé, très propre, bien équipé et très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Balades sur place au bord du golfe du Morbihan et de Vannes, qui est une très belle ville avec un marché impressionnant. Nous recommandons !
