The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 42 m² living room with a sofa and a fireplace (firewood provided) - A 38 m² dining room - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… with a dining area - A shower room (with shower and toilet) Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 4: with a single bed and a pull-out bed - Bedroom 5: with four single beds, pushed together to form double beds - A bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet) - A separate toilet - A 32 m² studio comprising a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200), a sitting area and a study area, along with a bathroom (with bath and toilet). The studio has private external access. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 32 m² swimming pool (private, unheated), open from 15 May to 15 October.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest station: Draguignan - Les Arcs TGV station, 26 km away - Nearest airport: Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, 100 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
