An excellent starting point for exploring the region: Toul (Saint-Étienne Cathedral) and its vineyards are 20 minutes away, Nancy city center (Place Stanislas, museums, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Pont-à-Mousson (Prémontré Abbey) is 35 minutes away, and Lake Madine and the Côtes de Meuse wine region are 45 minutes away.

It comprises: On the ground floor: > A 40 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, 284-liter refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker, blender, food processor, and a large bar table with 6 stools. In the same room, there is a lounge area with a corner sofa and armchair, and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs.
Direct access to the terrace is provided by two French doors. > A laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. > A separate WC. On the first floor: > Bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds, a wardrobe, and a window with a manual roller shutter. > Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a window with a manual roller shutter. > Bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds, a wardrobe, and a window with a manual roller shutter. > Separate bathroom with a 120 x 90 cm shower, vanity unit, mirror, heated towel rail, and toilet. Outside: Private parking for 2 to 3 cars in front of the chalet. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large lawn. Small outbuilding for storing bicycles or fishing equipment. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi internet access. Electric heating, included up to 30 kWh/day. For babies: travel cot, booster seat, and changing table. Pets are not allowed. For business stays, bed linen is changed and cleaning is provided every two weeks. The price includes bed linen (beds made upon arrival) and heating costs up to 30 kWh/day.
