Located on the 5th floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area - A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs… - A bathroom with a shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine, a fan, and an ironing board. Outside: - An 8 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days The studio is ideally situated in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant setting close to the sea. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more... Activities: - La Jetée beach, 100 metres away, with its free activities (yoga, Pilates, relaxation, etc.) - Many other beaches nearby - Canet-en-Roussillon harbour, 500 metres away - Oniria Aquarium, 500 metres away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Perpignan, 14 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée, 19 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
