The DELFINES III residential complex is a low-rise building of three storeys with a lift, located on Avenida Cuartel no. 12, just ninety metres from the beach.
Situated in the central area of Xeraco beach, a stone's throw from a park with children's play equipment and a sports facility.
In the surrounding area you can find all kinds of services.
A quiet zone with little traffic, guaranteed disconnection and rest. It offers a lovely swimming pool with Venetian steps and a fenced children's paddling pool. Excellent apartment on the second floor in very good condition, with modern and comfortable furnishings.
It has three bedrooms, a main bathroom with bathtub, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry area and lounge-dining room with air conditioning.
A spacious terrace on the ground floor facing South and a second solarium penthouse terrace of 70 m² with barbecue.
Includes underground garage space.
No pets are admitted. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and laying the table.
A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard; therefore if any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them! Capacity 6/7 people.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THIRTY YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ADMITTED.
NO PETS ARE ADMITTED. Upon collection of keys, you must deposit a security deposit of €60-150 to cover possible damage, loss of keys or failure to comply with checkout time.
This will be returned 24/48 hours after checkout and inspection of the accommodation. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services.
The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits well worth your while.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland.
The latter is very popular amongst birdwatchers.
Playa l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers. Additional information : Community pool with children's pool - Opening period: from 1 January to 31 December. - Depth: from 0.9 m to 2.1 m. Property managed by a professional.

Proporcionar productos para el lavavajillas, eso mejorará la vida del electrodoméstico.
Mejor limpieza de la terraza.
El compresor del AC situado en la terraza gotea y cae el agua al vecino de abajo.
