Located in a quiet area on the heights of Gérardmer (700 m), in a modern residence on the Xettes hillside, our new and comfortable apartment welcomes you just 1 km from the town center and lake.
The apartment must be left clean.
If not, a cleaning service is available for an extra fee. From the large south-facing terrace and private garden, enjoy an exceptional view over the town and the La Mauselaine ski slopes, where you can spot skiers. The bright living area (22 m²) features a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Senseo coffee makers, raclette set) and a lounge with a convertible corner sofa, TV, DVD player, bookshelf, and board games. The bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed with premium bedding, reading lights, a large wardrobe, and a TV. The modern bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror, and useful accessories (hair dryer, straightener). Separate toilet. The apartment is well insulated, with underfloor heating and electric shutters for year-round comfort.
A laundry room (washing machine, steam station, drying rack) and a private storage room for skis or bikes are available.
Private parking space in front of the apartment.
High-speed Wi-Fi available, and a baby bed can be provided on request for an extra fee. An ideal setting to relax as a couple or family, between lake, forest, and mountains, with all the comfort of a modern apartment and a remarkable view.
