An eco-friendly, solar-powered home located in the Breña Natural Park, built with families in mind and designed around natural light, open spaces, and the tranquility characteristic of the Andalusian countryside.
The park surrounds it, the Atlantic coast is about five kilometers away, and the house is comfortably situated between the two. Inside, the design is minimalist and focused on light, making the most of the sunshine on the Costa de la Luz. The terrace extends the living space outdoors, offering families a place to gather between the garden and the interior without having to commit entirely to either. Outside, a 1,000-square-meter garden offers children plenty of space to run around, while adults relax on the terrace, which overlooks El Palmar Beach.
The solar power system allows the house to operate cleanly and quietly, blending perfectly with the natural park’s surroundings. The beaches of Caños de Meca are about five kilometers away, and the Costa de la Luz in general offers places to enjoy good food, beach bars, and live music.
