The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a storage cupboard, a second sofa bed for 2 people, a smart flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with toilet and bidet.
Bed linen and towels are provided. €1000 security deposit by credit card imprint only - NO PETS - NO SMOKING Tourist tax payable in addition, according to the current rates of the Municipality of Menton. Located 5 minutes from Garavan train station, you can easily travel to Monaco, Italy, and throughout the region.
Public parking is available near the apartment. The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby.
The newly renovated Menton Garavan port and the Sablettes quayside offer numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and entertainment. - Arrival time: Daily from 4:00 PM - Departure time: Before 10:00 AM - Security deposit refunded 15 days after your departure. *Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied.
