Great location to visit Paris. IMPORTANT BUILDING RULES: NO PARTIES. NO NOISE ON THE TERRACE - TOTAL SILENCE ON THE TERRACE FROM 9PM. ## Logement The apartment is decorated with care and is very cool in summer, so it's nice to live there! It is also accessible for people with reduced mobility, as there are no stairs, everything is on the same level.
Very well appointed, it includes: a bedroom with a very large parental bed (200x190); a bedroom with bunkbeds (90x190) and a bedroom with a single bed (90x190); a bathroom; a well-equipped kitchen; and a beautiful living room area. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of the beautiful GARDEN/Terrace with trees and furniture with a large table to have your meals or aperitifs quietly! In order to make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron. Cleaning is done before and after each vacation. What's more, the apartment's location is ideal! It is located in a quiet area and 23 minutes from downtown. Also, all amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping, you will find "MONOPRIX AUTEUIL" at 2 minutes on foot. You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings. During your vacations, you will have the opportunity to visit the tourist sites which make the fame of the French Capital.
