"Experience Modena from a privileged vantage point. Welcome to one of the city’s most exclusive residences: a two-level penthouse located on Via Bonasi, strategically situated just a 5-minute walk from the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the FS train station, and the historic centre. Designed to offer a superior stay, the residence boasts a spectacular private panoramic terrace: a solarium with an outdoor shower, a BBQ area, and a lounge area designed for unforgettable aperitifs at sunset."
