Located on the first floor (no lift), the property comprises the following: - A living area featuring: a TV, a sleeping area with a double bed (140×190), an open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, a dining area and a large built-in cupboard - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - A 1.5 m² balcony facing the mountains, with a small olive tree to enjoy on sunny days Bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The studio is ideally situated in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani, in a very pleasant setting between the sea and the mountains.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Corse Sport Bien-Être water sports club, approx. 4 km away - Ucelluline Waterfall, approx. 8 km away - Moriani Beach, 4 km away - Walks and hikes in the surrounding area - Tasting of local produce Further information is available from the Moriani Tourist Office. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 space for all types of vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Lucciana-Olivella, approximately 24 km away - Nearest airport: Bastia Poretta Airport, approximately 26 km away - Nearest port: Taverna Marina - Portu di Turismu di Taverna, approximately 7 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
