Activating and deactivating air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The cost and time slots for late check-in are as follows:

Location molto carina con ampi spazi all’aperto completo di barbecue e piscina, perfetto se si cerca un po’ di tranquillità. Gli appartamenti sono curati e completi di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno l’unica cosa di cui purtroppo erano sprovvisti una culla/lettino per i più piccoli. Siamo stati davvero bene

We werden persoonlijk ontvangen en kregen voldoende informatie. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in een groene omgeving.
Het zwembad is heerlijk en er was genoeg ruimte om daar te liggen.
Het dorpje San Martino in Campo is leuk met een erg goed restaurant.
Goede logeerlocatie voor een bezoek aan Perugia, Assisi en het Trasimeense meer.

Soggiorno perfetto e senza intoppi. Struttura di ottimo livello dotata dei comfort che promette. Ci si sente a casa. Tutte le richieste sono state esaudite prontamente. Due piccoli suggerimenti: migliorare il divano letto che è un po’ datato (ma comunque valido) e pulire più spesso la piscina (o lasciare un retino per poter rimuovere il grosso in autonomia).
