FURTHER SERVICES: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), independent heating, and a hairdryer. Free on-site parking is available. Shared with other residents: - SWIMMING POOL (open from May 15th to October 15th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas; - GARDEN with relaxation areas and BBQ; - LAUNDRY AREA with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothesline. PLEASE NOTE: - The building does NOT have an elevator; there will be stairs to climb.
