Located in a residential complex above Roses, this house opens up to the sea, the bay, and the town via a terrace that wraps around the entire property.
Three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half-bath provide ample space, and natural light floods into the living room and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are large and well-connected.
From the living room, and from each bedroom, there is direct access to the wraparound terrace.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, and a wine cooler.
A crib is available. From the terrace, you can see the pool and the garden.
The pool is closed in winter, and due to the drought in Catalonia, it may not be possible to fill it during the high season; it’s worth checking before booking. The village of Palau-Saverdera has bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and a wine shop.
The beach in Roses is a 5-minute drive away, and in that same direction you’ll find several large supermarkets.
To get around the area, it’s best to come with your own car.
