The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all the utensils and tableware you need to prepare your meals. Enjoy the balcony to take in the sea views and fresh air. It's the ideal spot to relax at the end of the day. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total consumption of electricity, water, and gas included in the price is €150/month.
Should the sum of these consumptions exceed this amount at the end of each month, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you about the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, implemented as a lodging tax in all short-term rental properties.
