A cozy and large double bedroom with a living area and private bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to three people, located within Trulli Italia, a complex of trulli with a shared garden.
Surrounded by greenery, the accommodation is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and verdant hillside hamlet in the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari.
The sea and the wonderful beaches of Savelletri are less than a 20-minute drive away! The 30 sq m apartment is located on the ground floor of a trullo, with a private entrance from the garden (1 step) and comprises the following: - Bedroom with double bed, open-plan wardrobe, and split air conditioning - Living area with chairs, a queen-size sofa bed, open-plan wardrobe, fan-coil air conditioning, a 19" smart TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and kettle - Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. Additional amenities available to guests include a beach umbrella and two deckchairs at the entrance to the apartment, UNLIMITED WIFI, and fan-coil heating.
Iron and ironing board available upon request at reception. Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - 1 uncovered parking space is available inside the gate, in the property's parking lot. - The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please note that cameras are present in the common outdoor areas. - A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival in cash. 50 euros for the use of the keycard and towels. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fasano.
