In a sought after residential environment of the Cannet, this family villa opens onto a beautiful garden and swimming pool of remarkable dimensions.
The generous volumes, ubiquitous light and exterior spaces give the property a peaceful atmosphere, conducive to long summer days between terrace meals, swimming and relaxing moments. On this level there are also two bedrooms, one with queen size bed (160x200 cm) and the other with double bed (140x190cm), including one with its own bathroom. A shower room with toilet and a separate toilet complete this floor. Outside, the terrace offers a dining area, a garden lounge and a clear view of the surrounding vegetation.
The 19-metre swimming pool is naturally the central point of the property. Upstairs, the master suite has a king size bed (180x200 cm), a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a private terrace extended by a balcony.
An office completes this level. In the basement, a studio also accessible from the outside offers a double bed (160x190 cm) and a shower room with toilet. The entire property gives a holiday home atmosphere, with many spaces allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy.
