Looking to relax as a couple or with family? La Roche du Gravillot Cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the countryside, just 1 km from the town center.
The cottage accommodates 2 to 4 guests. The accommodation features a living area with a sofa bed, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker), a table for 4, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower and washing machine, separate toilet, and a large terrace of about 50 m² with garden furniture and a barbecue. A special highlight: stunning views over the Bazois. The property is semi-detached with another cottage but fully independent. Nearby activities: Morvan lakes (Settons 23 km, Pannecière 6 km) for water sports, fishing, swimming, the Yonne river, Nivernais canal (24 km), hiking, mountain biking, museums (1.5 km), Bibracte site (24 km). Burgundy wine route is 70-80 km away. Non-smoking rental.

Bed linen provided and cleaning included.
Optional service: breakfast basket (reservation required). An extra charge for heating may apply depending on the season.

Séjour le week-end de l'Ascension en groupe avec amis et famille. Le gîte offre une vue magnifique avec des couchers de soleil somptueux. Au calme, 2 belles terrasses pour profiter du panorama. Les 2 gites offrent un niveau d'équipements sans faille, 2 cuisines équipées avec lave-vaisselle, 3 salles...

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le gite la Roche du Gravillot et nous avons été très satisfaits.
La propriétaire nous a fait un excellent accueil et était disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.
Le gite est très propre et très fonctionnel. Le panorama de la terrasse sur le Bazois est superbe.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette halte.

Très bon accueil pour ce gîte idéalement placé pour découvrir le parc naturel du Morvan! Logement très fonctionnel et très propre. Le plus: sa grande terrasse avec vue sur le Morvan.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner!
