On a farm which includes the owners' house and 5 other gîtes (55310, 55311, 55312, 55313 and 55315), apartment of 47 m², adjoining gite 55323. It is composed as follows:
- Living room/kitchen including 1 convertible 140x190 cm
- 1 bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed
- Shower room/WC

Gîte located at the entrance to the property, along the path leading to the other gîtes and the swimming pool
The cottage is located below the road which leads to the village
- Private terrace of 43 m² with mountain view

- Inflatable spa 1.80 meters in diameter

- Charcoal barbecue
- Private parking in front of the gîte
Shared by the 7 gîtes and the owners:
- 9 ha of land with fruit trees (seasonal fruit picking possible)
- Swimming pool (11.5x5.5 meters), open from the beginning of May to the end of October, unheated and secured by a protective barrier.
Accessible every day from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Access to the swimming pool is authorized only to the people specified in the rental contract.
The swimming pool is 100 meters from the cottage. - Ping pong - Children's play area (swing, slide, 4 m² trampoline) - Covered shelter for motorcycles - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in the bedroom - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter and pod coffee maker - Freezer compartment - Television - Wifi - Hair dryer - Sheets, bathroom linen and cleaning fee are to be paid directly to the owner - Baker every morning and butcher on Thursday mornings in the village - The electrical installation of the house does not allow the connection of electric vehicles

correspond exactement au descriptif de l'annonce propre manque quelques détails comme des éponges dans la cuisine et salle d'eau et un peu de produits de nettoyage. a part cela nous avons passé un bon séjour. cordialement

Un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire, présent si besoin mais très discret lors du séjour.Un gîte très agréable, calme et très bien équipé.Très propre et bien situé avec une vue à faire rêver.Nous recommandons sans retenue et envisageons sérieusement de revenir une autre fois.
