In the heart of the village, this 111 m² gîte is spread over 3 levels in a semi-detached stone house (a restored former presbytery) which includes the owners' apartment on the ground floor.
The entrance is separate.
It is composed as follows: On the first floor (access via an external staircase): - Living room - Kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - Shower room/WC - Pantry On the 2nd floor: - Living room - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed with a shower room open to the bedroom (walk-in shower) - Shower room (walk-in shower) - WC with washbasin On the 3rd floor: - 40 m² roof terrace with access via an external spiral staircase Access via a cobbled village lane with some narrow passages - 15 m² terrace adjoining the 1st floor living room (overlooking the village lane) - 40 m² roof terrace with views of the village and The sea - 5-seater hot tub available throughout the rental period - Garden furniture - Relaxation furniture - 3 sun loungers - Barbecue - Car park Shared with three other gîtes located on a property opposite the gîte, on the other side of the lane: - 5,000 m² of land with fruit trees - Salt-water swimming pool (10.5 x 5.5 meters, depth 1.80 m) open throughout the rental period and secured by a safety barrier.
Accessible daily from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to those specified in the rental agreement. - Ping-pong table - Foosball table - Swing - Trampoline - 2 slides - Petanque pitch - Air conditioning - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter coffee maker and espresso machine - American-style refrigerator/freezer - Television in the living room and lounge - Wi-Fi - Smart speaker - Hair dryer - Sheets, towels, and cleaning fees are payable directly to the owner. - The house's electrical system does not allow for the connection of electric vehicles.

Très belle maison rénovée au cœur du village. Prestations de qualité : grande piscine partagée avec 3 autres gîtes, agréable rooftop avec jacuzzi privé (très belles vues aux alentours), accueil convivial. Petit plus : la propriétaire propose en option des légumes bio.

maison de caractère dans un très beau village . vue sur SAN ANTONINO et baie d’ALGAJOLA depuis le toit terrasse magnifique.seul regret : le ménage était sommaire ( fait en superficie) et je trouve plus sympathique que les lits soient faits surtout quand on arrive tardivement

La location est un peu éloignée des plages .Par contre jolie vue de la terrasse sur les villages de Balagne et de la mer la plage Aregno .Les propriétaires étaient réactifs à nos demandes et de très bons conseils pour découvrir leur île loin des touristes
