Above the village church square, this semi-detached stone cottage of 47 m² is spread over two levels.
It is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Living room/kitchen - Shower room/WC Upstairs (staircase with high steps): - 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed, one of which has a 4 m² balcony with a sea view Access to the cottage is from the church car park via a staircase of about ten steps The church bell tower rings once an hour from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - 17 m² front door furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue - Public parking on the church square below - Panoramic sea view - Air conditioning on the landing serving the two upstairs bedrooms - Washing machine - Oven/microwave combination - Storage compartment Freezer - Television - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer - Beds made up upon arrival - Street vendor: bakery (3 times a week)

Petite maison avec une vue exceptionnelle qu’on a du mal à quitter. Situation idéal pour visiter et profiter de nombreuses plages peu fréquentées.Seul bémol, la salle de bain. Manque d’aération et rideau de douche pas très agréable. Le reste est parfait!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces quelques jour au calme dans cette maison, la vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la terrasse, et la petite plage de Caspiu. Et en pleine canicule, nous avons aussi apprécié sa fraîcheur.

Il offre une superbe vue sur la Méditerranée entre les golfes de Porto et Girolata.Si vous aimez vous décaler du monde, entourés d'un patrimoine remarquable, alors nous vous conseillons de vous arrêter quelques jours à Partinellu.
