Located in Torre dell'Orso, the villa is just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the beautiful beaches and the famous Le Due Sorelle viewpoint, a symbol of the Salento Adriatic coast. The villa is organized as follows: - Eat-in KITCHEN with TV, split A/C, dining table, and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, oven, and microwave - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, and split A/C - BEDROOM II with double sofa bed and chest of drawers - Full BATHROOM with toilet, sink, bidet, and shower - Half BATHROOM with toilet and sink - GARDEN with ping pong table, deck chairs, and covered PATIO with table and chairs - TERRACE (accessible via an internal staircase) with deck chairs, table, and chairs. Uncovered parking space available inside the gate, on the driveway. Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine (outdoor), outdoor shower, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes for a fee). Please note: NO heating. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Just a few minutes' drive away are the spectacular Grotta della Poesia, considered one of Europe's most beautiful natural pools, and the Roca Vecchia archaeological site.
The town is an excellent starting point for exploring Salento: Lecce is about 30 km away (a 30-minute drive), Otranto about 18 km (20 minutes), and Santa Maria di Leuca can be reached in about an hour.
Also worth visiting nearby are San Foca, with its characteristic little harbor, and Torre Sant'Andrea, famous for its spectacular cliffs and natural arches sculpted by the sea. The sea is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
