It is a place designed for slow living, where calm and simplicity set the rhythm of your stay. The house is arranged around a patio open to the landscape, naturally shaded by wisteria.
This patio becomes the heart of the home, connecting the different spaces and creating a fresh, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing, chatting, or simply letting time pass. From the patio, you can access a small indoor pool with an intimate, peaceful atmosphere, reminiscent of an Arab bath, giving the house a very special character. The living room is comfortable and cosy, with sofas, a fireplace, and a projector, ideal for reading, resting, or enjoying a film in a warm and quiet setting.
The kitchen and shared areas are designed for unhurried moments together, while preserving the feeling of an authentic lived-in home. The house is distributed across different independent rooms connected through the central patio.
