Beautiful and modern house with a private pool, located in a very quiet residential area, 9km from the beach of Lloret de Mar. The ideal place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the well-deserved disconnection.
The house is distributed on a single floor, with a living-dining area (access to the outdoor area) and an open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped; we want you to feel at home.
Therefore, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a multitude of utensils to prepare delicious meals and dinners. Additionally, there are 3 double bedrooms.
One of them has a double bed en-suite (bathroom with shower), and the other two each have a trundle bed. There is also another full bathroom with a shower.
The house has air conditioning and heating via air pump throughout the house, included in the price. The outdoor area features a pleasant private pool, a garden area, a barbecue, and parking space for 1 vehicle.
There is also a wooded area with hammocks. Free Wi-Fi. No pets allowed. Young groups are not accepted.
The house is only rented to families.
Reservations by individuals under 35 years old are not permitted. The house does not provide bed linen and towels.
They can be rented from the agency with prior notice and at an additional cost. Conditions for groups - In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros per person must be paid in cash at the agency.
This deposit will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Villa! Der private Pool war für uns ein absolutes Highlight, besonders an heißen Nachmittagen. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung unserer Mahlzeiten sehr erleichterte. Ich kann die Villa für Familienurlaube wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hier, die Villa ist gut gepflegt und verfügt über alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, das Badezimmer mit separatem Zugang war ein nettes Extra und die Dusche war nach einem Tag am Strand erfrischend.
