The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the outside, including: electric kettle, Malongo espresso machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, airfryer, steam cooker, etc. - A comfortable, separate lounge with TV, various books and board games - A storeroom with a freezer and a small extra fridge 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe - Bedroom 2: a large 30m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a single bed and a dressing room - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - A utility room 2nd floor: - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) and study area - Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x190) and a study area - Bedroom 5: double bed (140x190) and study area - Bathroom with bath and shower - Separate WC An extra bed can also be added by the owners for a maximum capacity of 12 people. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 50 m² courtyard with furnished terrace (tables, chairs, outdoor armchairs) and garden to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Agen, in a quiet, residential area close to the Garonne.
You'll be within walking distance of the town centre, with all the essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets nearby... Events : - Les Fêtes d'Agen (end of August): concerts, entertainment, gastronomy - Folies Vocales (end of May): music festival throughout the city - Garonne en Fête (summer): events around the river - Rencontres Philosophiques Michel Serres (November): lectures and cultural events - Mang'Agen Games & Fiction (February) - Concerts and shows at Agen Agora (all year round) Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house. Electricity points are located nearby. Bicycles are available on request.
