Cocoonr agency offers this 90 m² house, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent in the charming medieval town of Arnay-le-Duc.
This house, accessible via a shared corridor, comprises a 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms.
With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area. - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC 1st floor: - A 21 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) On the intermediate landing : - A shower room with shower and WC - A utility room with all the necessary equipment (washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board) 2nd floor: - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, a baby bath and a cot, as well as fans (one per room). Outside: - A 9m² private courtyard with garden furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in the heart of Arnay-le-Duc. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Lake with supervised swimming at Arnay le Duc - Hiking trails - Heritage (Gallo-Roman remains in Autun, Hospices de Beaune, Cité internationale de la gastronomie in Dijon, etc.) - Morvan Velorail ride - Steam train at Bligny sur Ouche - Educational farm and zoo in Auxois - Other: Wine fairs, sporting events, etc. Transport : A car is essential to enjoy your stay. Free parking is available in the public car parks close to the house. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
