Before leaving, turn off lights and AC, leave dishes clean or dishwasher running, take out rubbish, lock up, and return keys as agreed. • Deposit refunded after inspection.
Excessive dirt, lost keys, or damage will be deducted. • Serious violations (parties, overcapacity, pets) may result in immediate termination and eviction.
