It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed (sleeps two), a TV and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outdoors: - A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Communal areas: - A shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool, open from 10.00 to 20.00 from 1 April to 31 October (weather permitting) and secured by a fence. - A 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), available for a fee, open from June to September.
Access to this wellness area is not included in the cottage hire. - A children’s playground and a boules court - A snack bar serving fast food, open from May to September. The cottage is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Hiking in the Vallée du Gapeau - Siou-Blanc plateau - Bormes-les-Mimosas - Toulon, with its port, markets and Mont Faron cable car - Le Lavandou and La Londe-les-Maures for a day by the sea Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, numbered parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, about 3 km away - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 25 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Wristbands, which are compulsory for access to the residence’s swimming pool, are provided in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
