Welcome to Brem-sur-Mer! Ideally located just 100 meters from a bakery and 300 meters from the town center, this charming 96 m² single-story house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.
Upon arrival, you'll discover a bright and spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer) opening onto the dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and the living room (sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV).
A separate WC.
A hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (vanity unit, shower, and towel warmer).
Bedroom 1: a double bed (160 x 200 cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 x 190 cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 x 190 cm) + wardrobe.
A baby cot is available.
A garage with bicycle storage and a washing machine. Enjoy the outdoors to the fullest: The living room opens onto the back of the house, onto a pleasant terrace furnished with garden furniture and an awning, ideal for al fresco dining. At the front of the house, you'll appreciate the fully enclosed landscaped garden, perfect for children to play safely.
Private parking is available for up to three vehicles. You'll appreciate: - A spacious, comfortable house, perfectly equipped for families. - The village center, with shops, restaurants, and services, is within walking distance. - A market is held twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays, in season) just 300 meters away, and summer activities take place at Parc des Genêts. - The beach is only 1.2 km away. - An enclosed garden and private parking. Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Tourist tax is not included. At the front of the house, you'll find a fully enclosed landscaped garden, perfect for children to play safely.
Private parking is also available.
