It boasts lovely mountain views and is close to the village centre and lake. Situated on the ground floor of a house occupied by the owners, this bright flat offers a pleasant and cosy setting in which to make the most of a holiday on the shores of Lake Annecy. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 35 m² living room with a smart TV (Chromecast) and an extra heater available on request - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) and a chest of drawers - A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet Outdoors: - A terrace of approximately 20 m² to enjoy sunny days and moments of relaxation outdoors, with 1 table, 2 chairs for dining, and a cosy seating area - Parking space in the car park - PLEASE NOTE: the property is not fenced off. The owners live on the premises with a very friendly cat and dog, who may occasionally wander into the car park and outdoor areas. If you’d prefer to avoid them, please do not hesitate to let us know: the owners will be happy to take the necessary steps to ensure they stay indoors during your stay. CCTV cameras are installed outside the property only.
They are activated only if an intrusion is detected, following the sounding of the alarm. Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
A cot and high chair are available in the flat. Nearby: The flat is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Saint-Jorioz, just a short walk from the village centre (less than 5 minutes by car) and the lake (5 minutes by car) - Cycle path running alongside the lake, 2 minutes away by bike - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, chemist’s… 15–20 minutes’ walk away Activities: Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, enjoy the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town.
Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in bespoke holidays. Transport: - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 run from the flat, providing easy access to the city centre (around 20 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). SIBRA route 15B: Croix de Filly Route Y51 / 15A: St Jorioz – Gendarmerie - Geneva International Airport is about 45 minutes’ drive away.
Bus services and private shuttle buses also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services. - If you choose to travel by car, an unfenced private car park is available for your use. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
